[Building Sakai] content.mime.inline and Sakai 2.7.1 or later

What exactly is not working?  The JAR loads but cannot fetch the HTML
resources?

Have you tried setting the HTML resources to be publicly available?

Note that Sakai's cookie uses the HttpOnly flag.  This may prevent the JAR
from retrieving authenticated resources.
