[Building Sakai] Bug or Feature? Sakai 2.9 add a tool

Thanks Chuck -- your suggestion works for me and it looks like you already got this in as a Sakai new years present. Is there anything more that needs to be done for SAK-20544 or should it be marked as "resolved"?
