[Building Sakai] Rutgers is now using innodb-plugin in production

We moved to 5.1.44 with innodb plugin for the last week of exams, after performance issues earlier in the week.
I just moved to 5.1.60 with innodb plugin.

This is on Solaris 10. We have a Linux test system with newer hardware (and 10 Gbps iSCSI-based storage), which I intend to move to in Spring break. It's currently being used as our QA/test database. I think I'm going to move it to MariaDB/XtraDB. If that works, it will go into production at Rutgers at Spring break.
