[Building Sakai] Column Name showing users ids

Dear Sam, 

We use Kerberos provider.
The strange thing is that sometimes the list of students is being displayed correctly, so it is being correctly retrieved by the provider 
but then we do export and in the export file the names are replaced with ids. 
Other times export works fine.
So it is very inconsistent.
