[Building Sakai] [oae-dev] Trouble Adding Sakai Tools in Sakai 2/3 Hybrid Mode

Assuming the settings are actually being saved and the button is not 
responsive because of some other reasons.
What happens is that once I log out and log back in, I see a message 
similar to the one below depending on the tools I am trying to add


  Not Found

The requested URL /imsblti/provider/sakai.profile2 was not found on this 
server.
