[Building Sakai] port number

hmm...

when I use the IP address I get

sakai at wwwis:~$ telnet 131.155.71.183 8009
Trying 131.155.71.183...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

but when I use localhost it says

sakai at wwwis:~$ telnet localhost 8009
Trying 127.0.0.1...
Connected to localhost.
Escape character is '^]'.
