[Building Sakai] port number

Dear Seth, 

I did what you suggested, followed the instructions "Proxy java web requests for tomcat6 through apache 2.2"
at http://marguspala.com/proxy-java-web-requests-for-tomcat6-through-apache-2-2/

but I keep on getting the following error messages:

[Sun Feb 12 07:20:18 2012] [error] (111)Connection refused: proxy: AJP: attempt to connect to 131.155.71.183:8009 (sakai.win.tue.nl) failed
[Sun Feb 12 07:20:18 2012] [error] ap_proxy_connect_backend disabling worker for (sakai.win.tue.nl)
[Sun Feb 12 07:20:18 2012] [error] proxy: AJP: failed to make connection to backend: sakai.win.tue.nl
[Sun Feb 12 07:20:18 2012] [error] proxy: AJP: disabled connection for (sakai.win.tue.nl)
