[Building Sakai] lesson builder binaries

I assume you will have auto.ddl on. Otherwise, please use the appropriate file from https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/lessonbuilder/branches/lessonbuilder-1.4.x/hbm/src/ddl/  in the folder for your database.
