[Building Sakai] Assignment2: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/sakaiproject/util/api/FormattedText

I don't think that is correct. kernel-utils is not in shared in trunk
(or ever that I know of) and tools should still bundle it. Why do you
think otherwise?
