[Building Sakai] Print a resolved exam in Samigo

Hi Lucas,

Just printing the page works (in our 2.8 instance), though on Windows you may need to have a PDF printer option installed (it is native by default on OS X, Print to PDF). The styles are stripped back to just the exam contents and it looks fine.

A button to do this would be a nice extension to the existing printing functionality though, as then the file could be named appropriately, automatically downloaded etc. Perhaps raise a Jira for this?

cheers,
Steve
