[Building Sakai] Jira hanging in Safari?

Hi all,

Is anyone having issues with Safari hanging when loading the Sakai Jira? Its not my connection since if I open a different browser then Jira loads fine. It seems to be random too, as in it works for a bit, then will just hang when loading a page.
And Safari works fine on our local Jira instance (though we are still on Jira 4)

Does anyone else get this?
