[Building Sakai] Easy Samigo Questions

I'm trying to learn a little about Samigo and had a couple quick & easy questions - hopefully they have quick & easy answers!

1) Is there a way to assign points to a questions in an assessment?
2) Is there a way to aggregate points in a section of an assessment?
3) Is there a way to export grades?
