[Building Sakai] Resources tool documentation

Hello,

I am getting familiarized with the Resource tool (with the code), in order
to getting familiarized with Sakai API to develop our own tools.

I only found this documentation: user documentation.

Is there maybe any documentation more oriented to developers?

The code I am trying to understand is more than 30 000 lines and the
javadoc is not enough.

Is not there more documentation or I didn't search properly?
