[Building Sakai] In a particular site how to restrict students from sending messages

Jean-Francois, you are right, thats a new feature, i.e.: we are running 
2.7.1 and we don't have those permissions but they do come on 2.9. It's 
an interesting feature!

and Steve, I tried what you mention in the "page order" and it works!! 
we didn't know about that option. It might help in some occasions. 
Regarding "Can you file a Jira to add that?", sure I can, but do you 
think that we should file the jira with something like:

   - add new permission like "msg.sendmessages" that will allow to 
control which roles can send messages (couldn't this be a problem later 
on... because everyone should update all their realms marking that 
permission in order to allow their roles to send messages...) So maybe, 
its a better option to add a restrictive permission like 
"msg.no.sendmessages" so that people only have to check that permission 
if they want to restrict that functionality to an specific role.

As you can see, not really sure of what could be the best solution...
