[Building Sakai] CKEditor causing internal scroll bars

I have seen the same issue with our Sign-up tool.  One of the solution is to run the following javascript function with a time-delay of half second during the iframe page load:
 setMainFrameHeight(id);//in library: headscripts.js


I think that CKeditor may require more time to load than the previous FCKeditor.
