[Building Sakai] Fluid JS library versions

Hi all,

I've just fixed, by applying Yuki Yamada's suggestion, these issues:

The fix involved importing /library/js/fluid/1.4/MyInfusion.js rather than
/library/js/fluid-latest/InfusionAll.js as InfusionAll.js uses a buggy
version of jQuery UI.

How come InfusionAll is lagging behind MyInfusion? Is MyInfusion a custom
build of the Fluid library and, if so, will it be sticking around? Should
we even be using something that lags behind jQuery: what do we gain?
