[Building Sakai] psi probe and felix with CLE 2.8

Has anyone been able to get connection pool monitoring enabled with psi probe and CLE 2.8?

Also is there Felix console in CLE or is there a good way for enabling this?

Would appreciate suggestions for other monitoring and tuning/management tools which people are using.

Is this the right list to be asking on?
