[Building Sakai] Image is not Uploading in Kaltura

Hi All,

            I am using kaltura to upload media files (Image/Photo). When i
am uploading i am getting an alert like "Add entry call failed." and in the
logs i got error like below attachment 
http://old.nabble.com/file/p34277358/kaltura.txt kaltura.txt .

Please suggest me what i need to do, to a upload an Image successfully.
