[Building Sakai] Issues with Oracle on QA server

Hi all,

We're seeing an issue in the Tomcat logs on the 2.9 QA server running on Oracle, specifically to do with sequences.

This is affecting the collections of stats in SiteStats as well as an issue in Profile2:

So it looks like anything that uses sequences are broken? Anyone else seen this or know of a solution?
