[Building Sakai] Installing dashboard 1.0 in Sakai 2.9.x

Hi, Mustansar:

I have just added a maven build profile, sakai-2.9, to dashboard trunk code
(https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/DASH-230), so that you should be able
to build dashboard trunk using this profile.
