[Building Sakai] Example how to use LTI Basic Outcomes Service

Is there a guide on this, specifically for Sakai? What webservice do the grades get sent back to? The URL et al that you need to send back to is part of the LTI launch [1], but it would be useful if it was documented what the values should be. 

AFAIK there isn't a web service in Sakai to handle this?
