[Building Sakai] Chat tool and Preference tool Error!

Hi all,

I've just built sucessfully sakai 2.8.1 on my computer. Everything seems go well unless
Chat room tool, Test & Quiz, and Preference tool.
Does anyone know the solution for this case?

I've just create a Jira ticket for this.
