[Building Sakai] Language Translator/converter for Properties file

Hi David,

            Thanks for the reply. Presently i am using ResourceBundleEditor
to transfer the property files. I have gone through all the tool that you
have specified. But , these tool cannot convert automatically from one
language to another. These tools can convert our converted language to UTF-8
format. But i need some tools that can convert automatically, the text from
one language to another language. If we upload a property file into that
tool it should convert automatically to another language that we specified
and it should save the new converted file to some other place. I need these
type of tools.
