[Building Sakai] Chat tool and Preference tool Error!

Hi all,

I've just built sucessfully sakai 2.8.1 on my computer. Everything seems go well unless
Chat room tool and Preference tool.
Does anyone know the solution for this case?
Please give me some advices.
