[Building Sakai] Help needed to build and start trunk-all

I think the trunk is currently broken:

this is also happening on the nightly server:

http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal

which is showing the stack trace in it's logs.

I'm not sure what's the underlying change that introduced this bug.
