[Building Sakai] Samigo: three autosubmit problems

Hi Raul,

We do have some intermittent timed assessment issues which haven't resolved
because no one can successfully reproduce them. Please see below for me
comments:

Do you have multiple servers? Do you know if this student has logged out
and logged back into different servers? Can you query this record in the
the sakai_event table and send me the result?

 - "Assessment 2" has the following settings:

Same as above, can you query this record in the the sakai_event table and
send me the result?

 - "Assessment 3" has the following settings:

I don't know what triggered this data discrepancy error. But if timed
assessment has auto-submitted the assessment, it's possible to trigger that
error. Can you send me the related data in sam_assessmentgrading_t and
sakai_event table?

By the way, what is your Samigo version?
