[Building Sakai] Profile 2 Email Change

I logged in as a student and went to the Account tool. I can change all
the information here. I then logged in as an admin and changed the realm
permissions for the !user.template.guest realm, which applies to
students. 

I then removed all the permissions regarding user.upd.* and saved. I
logged back in as a student and went to the Account tool and I was still
able to edit the details of the current student.

I have put this comment in the JIRA.
