[Building Sakai] Samigo: three autosubmit problems

Hi all

Assumming that we have the property "samigo.autoSubmit.enabled" set to 
false, we have had several problems with the autosubmission in three 
assessments.
I wonder if anyone could help us:

- "Assessment 1" has the following settings:
12 hours temporized
Avalaible Date                 27/03/2012 11:00:00 AM
Due Date/Retract Date   27/03/2012 11:00:00 PM
Late Submissions won't be accepted.

The student took the assessment at 11:01:21 AM and she did never submit 
it but she saved the questions.

She said that she accesed the Assessment's tool at 21:37 and the 
assessment was already autosubmitted. So she couldn't retake the assessment.
We have seen it, in (SAM_ASSESSMENT_GRADING.SUBMITTEDDATE), that the 
assessment was autosubmitted at 23:00:29, just after the Due Date.

The same issue happened to others students. Has anyone noticed the same 
issue?

- "Assessment 2" has the following settings:
12 hours temporized
Avalaible Date                 12/03/2012 11:00:00 AM
Due Date/Retract Date   12/03/2012 11:00:00 PM
Late Submissions will be accepted.

The student took the assessment at 16:38:36 and submitted it at 
22:27:21(We have seen the event "sam.assessment.submit" at  SAKAI_EVENT 
table).

Later it has been registered an autosubmit at 4:39:11(13/03/2012) on the 
next day, without session, just when the 12 hours of the assessment 
expired (We have seen it on ASSESSMENT_GRADING.SUBMITTEDDATE).

We don't know why this assessment was autosubmitted at 4:39 if the 
student has already submitted it before.

- "Assessment 3" has the following settings:
12 hours temporized
Avalaible Date                 27/03/2012 11:00:00 AM
Due Date/Retract Date   27/03/2012 11:00:00 PM
Late Submissions won't be accepted.

The student took the assessment at 11:03:03 AM and never submited it but 
she saved the questions.

The student got the data discrepancy error at 21:43:20.
The student has told us that she had opened some tabs but only one with 
the assessment.
She couldn't retake the assessment despite the fact that she didn't 
submitted it.

The assessment was autosubmitted at 23:00:29, because due date was reached.
We don't know why in this context the student got the data discrepancy 
error.

I would be very grateful if anyone knows something about these issues.
