[Building Sakai] Sakai AppBuilder

Hi,

The App Builder hasn't been updates in a while so it still builds against 2.6. I'd recommend the Sakai wicket maven archetype, search for that and you'll find the command you can run to generate a project. There is also one based on spring mvc. If I was on a computer I'd send the links.
