[Building Sakai] Tomcat error on start up

Hi,

I'm working on getting Reports to run in trunk and I've update the poms on my local machine.  When I got to start tomcat I get the following error.

I'm not sure what's wrong but it stopping me from doing any further work on reports to bring in the IU improvements that the OSP community is needing.

I've successfully gotten Reports w/improvements running in 2.7 and 2.8, but I'm really stumped on why it's not starting in trunk with just the pom changes needed to get it to build.  I'm sure I'm overlooking something easy, but I could really use some help.  For completeness, I've attached the entire tomcat log.
