[Building Sakai] [WG: Sakai QA] QA3-US and nightly instance unavailable for part of Sept 22

Hi Chris,

For the QA3 (2.9)  oracle database, do you drop all the tables before letting application to recreate them all?  I have a fresh Oracle DB and it only creates partial tables and try to figure out what is the problem.

Does Sakai has a complete DB schema script to create the entire tables on a new DB?  Mostly, there are only conversion-scripts for Sakai version  upgrading.
