[Building Sakai] Samigo Test and Quizzes 0point test

Here are the steps:
1. Login as Administrator.
2. Go to Sites tool and get the Site Id.
3. Go to Realms tool. Enter the Site Id to the Search box.
4. Go into that Realm by clicking the Realm Id.
5. In the Roles section, you should see the role that you assign to the
students. Go into that Role by clicking it.
6. Select the "section.role.student" function and save the change.
Now you should see all the results in Samigo. Please give this a try and let
me know if you have any question.
