[Building Sakai] Samigo Test and Quizzes 0point test

Hi Mike,
So this is the expected behavior in current Samigo. Please assign the
students STUDENT role to let the instructor view their results.
However, I think the exception is not acceptable. Can you please log a JIRA
and we will fix it later? At this point, I will fix it so that the exception
will not be seen and the exported Excel sheet contains no record - sync with
total score page behavior.
