[Building Sakai] Tool title Localization

I have found the solution

It just to modify the file:
\config\localization\bundles\src\bundle\org\sakaiproject\localization
\bundle\tool\tools.properties..

Does "tool title" support localization?
I have "Velocity based tool" & "Wicket based tool".


Any suggestion is appreciated..
