[Building Sakai] Problem with Assignment Due Date

Accept Until on Allow Resubmission individual page is also Sep 5th 
9:10AM. Please see attached image..

Instructor has mentioned that he copied the assignment from previous 
semester and edited the dates.. Also it was copied before we upgrade to 
2.8.x and edited after the upgrade...

We are also seeing the same behavior with other assignments in same course.
