Dear All,

We are facing issues in Test & Quizzes tool. We have deployed Sakai 2.7.1.
We had  MCQs based midterm exam on Sakai. the strength of class was 166
students. and our architecture of system is:

3 application servers with  specs of (4 CPUs of Xion Server each. 2.5 GB RAM
each, 1 GB dedicated Network Card)
1 access server (With 4 CPUs of Xion Server, 4 GB RAM, 1 GB dedicated
Network Card)
During Exam we faced a lot of problems.

The exam was timed assessment and students faced the problem that when they
were about to end or tried to submit the exams suddenly timer restarted to
full time. this happened in Last 10 minutes of exam, and some students faced
problem that the timer suddenly ended however there was some time remaining.

Students were doing exam and after few minutes system used to generate error
bug report students submitted the report and log out then re-log in and few
students got the exam from the same question where they left however some
students got the exam started from the 1st question?

There was also a data discrepancy error. Can some one let us know what this
error is? and when it occurs?

Please anyone let us know why was that happening and what was the reason
behind it? and can anyone let us know from where can I check the log that
how many times the system generated the bug report and get the stack trace
from Sakai.

Please help in Regard. Am I missing some settings of Sakai? Because there
was no load on the systems and access server but still we faced a lot of
problems during exam.
