[Building Sakai] Samigo performance problems

No, that's the problem. Everything seems to be OK...however, if you load Samigo on that site it takes 16 s!!! to finish.

As Freddy Mercury would say: "It's a kind of magic". :D

We have not seen this issue with 2.8.x.  Do you have a report on the offending slow query?

         The most important issue is that Samigo main page spends 16s!!!! to load 13 quizzes.
