[Building Sakai] Resources hidden under an unhidden folder are not really hidden

It was the "Folder Permission" mis-setting by the user.

Hi All,

We found out recently that if you hide the resource files inside an unhidden folder  in Resource tool, the hidden files are still accessible for users who don't have permissions to view the hidden content, although appearing greyed out. And this only happens in a course site, not a project site, which makes me think whether it's a configuration issue. But I compared the permission settings and don't seem to see any difference. Any ideas?
