[Building Sakai] Site Quota

Hi all,

We have recently converted from 2.6 to 2.7.x.  We are just noticing that 
we seem to be missing the larger quota value in sites where it had 
previously been set.  I have yet to search for a jira but am hoping 
someone can point me to the field in the db where the quota is stored so 
I can do some exploring.
