[Building Sakai] Slowness when using Grading Tool in Test Centre

Dear Members,
I've had a complaint sent my way concerning slowness when using the Grading Tool in Test Centre. The complaint is that after grading a question (are 61 questions and 68 students in the class) and then scrolling to the next question the screen first pauses then jumps ahead then when scrolling back it jumps too far. Also that it can take up to 15 minutes to grade 5 questions.

My theory is that the speed that the web page responds with is a function of the speed of the round trip of the query to the database before it has the data for the browser to display...?
Maybe even the available resources of the computer the user is using...?
