[Building Sakai] Tomcat 7 and Sakai trunk - what magic do I need?

Good tips, the page was missing a few required JAVA_OPTS to maintain
compatibility for for defaults that have changed in versions over time that
have not been fixed yet in the Sakai code, so you'd want to update if you
started it up.

Additioanlly, you can build with the -Ppack-demo and it will pull down
Tomcat7. However, since I haven't fixed
SAK-21248<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-21248>
 yet, pack-demo still needs the modifications to catalina.properties.
