[Building Sakai] TT&S wierdness: help!!

We've an oddity.

We have a site with about 30 TT&S surveys and 99 users. Site Stats 2 shows much activity: lots of answers submitted, lots of completed tests and so on. 

Looking at the "Marking" column of all the tests shows that (apparently) nobody at all has taken any of the tests, the tests are all published but don't have open and due dates. 

Is this ringing any bells?
