[Building Sakai] programmatically getting a tool icon

Hi David,

The portal currently creates this as "icon-" and then the tool id with the . converted to -

So the icon class for Profile2 is: icon-sakai-profile2
The actual tool id for Profile2 is sakai.profile2

The classes are in portal.css in the skin.
