[Building Sakai] how to reset the password on Sakai confluence page

Hi,

I cannot log into my Signup Confluence page (https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/SIGNUP/Home ) and cannot find a way to reset my pwd.  Does anyone know where to reset or make a request to obtain a new pwd?
