Hi Paul,

The testing of CLE 2.9 has already started, see

The expected release date of CLE 2.9 is available in 
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/REL/Sakai+2.9.0+Release+Schedule

According to the Sakai CLE schedule and recent information, CLE is 
already past Code Freeze. CLE's current trunk is currently a 2.9 in 
alpha state and should be tagged on Monday. Beta state is expected in 
November. Release candidates are expected in December.

Samigo tags are expected no later than the CLE ones, AFAICT.
