[Building Sakai] Agora in Sakai project

Hi Vikram,

The most bug free source code is in the sakai repository where I presume 
you got it from. Agora isn't supported anymore; in fact I need to remove 
it from the Sakai respository. The bigbluebutton plugin is the way to 
go. BBB is better than Agora feature wise and it has an active community.

Do yourself a favour and go for BBB.
