[Building Sakai] [Using Sakai] Calendar Subscriptions

It sounds like there's quite a bit of interest in it. Why not post it on 
the JIRA ticket (https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-21497) ? As 
long as anybody who wants to take it up tells the list there won't be 
any duplication, hopefully.
