[Building Sakai] Difference between these tools

Drop Box is like Resources but will automatically create one folder per site member and will automatically set up access for the member and site maintainers. The same configuration could be developed with the regular Resources tool but this would take significant effort to set up.

Announcements push info out, News tool pulls info in.
