[Building Sakai] assignments upload size spurious error

I am not convinced.

As far as I know it is always with Safari that we have problems, also, since we've been running the same version of Sakai for 2 years and the problem has only just arisen, it seems likely that it's a problem with a non-Sakai system.

I dont' think so. Safari is typically not involved, and we're not using apache.

I don't know the details, but I know changing parameters in Apache made the bug go away. CCing John Hall if you need the complete recipe.

We are running 2.8.0. We've had similar issues in the past, but only with users on Safari. Hope this is not creeping back in...
