We are running 2.8.0. We've had similar issues in the past, but only with users on Safari. Hope this is not creeping back in...

We have a file size upload limit of 60MB (in Resource) and users are seeing an error message saying (something like) "file size upload limit of 60MB exceeded". The files the students are trying to upload are NOT bigger than 60MB - they are nowhere near this limit.
